Refund Policy:

General Refunds: All purchases made on Yudic are considered final. We do not offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional Circumstances: Should you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our support team detailing your reasons within 48 hours of plan purchase. Please note, the approval of a refund under exceptional circumstances remains at the sole discretion of Yudic.

Monthly Plan Cancellation:

Flexibility: You may cancel your monthly plan subscription at any time.

End of Cycle: Once cancelled, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing month. For instance, if you cancel on the 15th, you will still have access until the end of that month.

No Pro Rata Refund: There will be no pro rata refunds for partial month usage. This means, regardless of when you cancel during the month, no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days.

Other Plan Cancellations:

Final Sale: Other plans, once purchased, cannot be cancelled. We encourage our customers to review their choices thoroughly before making a purchase.

Refunds:

Any refunds approved by Yudic will be processed within 45 days of final approval.
