   • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Yudic.

   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Yudic.

   • Use any automated system or software to extract data from Yudic.

3. You are solely responsible for your use of Yudic, including the accuracy, quality, and legality of any data you input or upload.

Intellectual Property

1. Yudic, including all intellectual property rights, is and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.

2. You may provide feedback or suggestions regarding Yudic, but the Company has no obligation to incorporate them into future versions.

3. The Company may use aggregated and anonymized data derived from your use of Yudic for its business purposes.

Fees and Payment

1. Certain features of Yudic may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as set forth in the pricing plan or as otherwise agreed upon.

2. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

Termination

1. The Company may suspend or terminate your access to Yudic at any time for any reason without notice.

2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Yudic, and the Company may delete or retain your data at its sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

1. Yudic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

2. The Company does not warrant that Yudic will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Yudic.

Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yudic, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its principles of conflicts of law.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.

Entire Agreement

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding Yudic and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
